Focusing on regulated environments, Matt has a huge passion for technology and data analytics, using both to deliver effective and efficient business services that save time, money and operational bandwidth. He has responsibility for the Group’s strategic development, ensuring that Bridgetech is always leading the markets within which it operates, anticipating client needs in the years to come, so that appropriate service delivery capability can be developed.
Kevin and his team specialise in building bespoke platforms that enable our clients to simplify their working lives, supporting their aims and goals. He uses BPMN ideology, to make sure the workflows and processes are lean and simple and then world leading platforms to create solutions that holistically benefit the organisation and the people within it. Kevin has spent over 20 years in outsourced operations and regulated contact centres, providing specialist omnichannel platforms for sales, marketing and customer service, driving businesses to achieve their operational goals and targets.
Holly is a highly successful entrepreneur, having built several of her own ventures by leveraging marketing and social media tools to great effect. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in both B2C and B2M marketing, contributing much to the Group leadership team. Holly has responsibility for all group branding, marketing and PR.
