Carefully selected individuals with strong communication skills, customer care and collections background (in areas such as: recoveries, arrears management, payment planning, commercial loans). An understanding of vulnerability principles and empathetic towards borrower's needs.
Provision of interim or fixed term contractors (fully IR35 compliant) or permanent collections and recoveries agents as well as team leaders, quality checkers and operations managers with the relevant experience.
Fully screened individuals, suited to our clients' agreed vetting and pre-engagement screening requirements, with minimal training and support needed, as they have collections and recoveries background and expertise, gained on similar projects.
Core hours or out of hours and weekend support (inbound or outbound) for your existing collections and lending operation, ensuring additional capacity when you need it.
Flexibility to commence the work from home (during the pandemic) and move to the office, at a later date, or work alongside your current collections and recoveries team from the outset.
We are confident in the ability and calibre of our candidates. We will happily refund the fee in full, or find you an alternative, if any permanent candidate leaves within a month. Our teams will adhere to the same collection targets as your existing teams, from the outset.
We offer the most competitive rates in the market. We also find permanent employees for our clients, at a greatly reduced rate versus the average market cost.
We will assign (at no additional cost) one of our senior operations managers - a permanent member of our staff - to closely monitor the selection and deployment, as well as the on-going performance and rate of success of our contracting teams.
We work as part of our client's team, supporting their lending operations and debt collection activities, empathising and approaching the borrowers in a sensitive manner, respecting their individual circumstances and agreeing the best way forward.
We've created a highly experienced, nationwide network of collections agents and arrears management individuals, as well as admin and customer care resource. They require minimal training and support, as they have the relevant background and expertise. We are able to deploy individuals and teams on short/fixed term contracts, or on a permanent basis, at short notice.
